My mistake, oops!
If I made a mistake with your order, for example sent you the wrong colourway or the wrong base, please get in touch as soon as possible either through the contact form, or by emailing me at info@crealiendesign.com (preferably with a picture added of what you received, so I can see the mistake I made) and together we will look for the best possible solution for you.

You changed your mind
If you change your mind and decide that the yarn or fibre doesn't want to live in your stash, you can request to return the yarn for a refund or an exchange up to 14 days after you receive it. Please contact me through the contact form, or email me at info@crealiendesign.com to arrange this.

Return shipping
Unless I made a mistake with your order, the customer pays for the return tracked postage, with proof of posting and is liable for any damage or loss. Price for the yarn/fibre will be refunded when I've received the item(s) in good condition.

Yarn or fibre must be in its original condition
The yarn or fibre must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund. This means that it is not used, clean and with the label attached, i.e. not wound into a ball, reskeined, or smelling of smoke. If the yarn or fibre isn't in a salable condition it cannot be refunded and will be returned to you.

Returns from outside the EU
Items from outside the EU must be clearly marked with 'returned merchandise' on the customs form, so as not to result in customs charges when it arrives back in the Netherlands. If your customs form is marked incorrectly, I will not pay customs charges for returned parcels and the postal service will return your parcel to you.
